2018

This was the first real vintage for Haddow + Dineen, and what a vintage to kick us off! The 2018 Tasmania vintage will be one to be remembered. It was the earliest, quickest and largest harvest to date. The quality of grapes picked from our Yorktown Vineyard was excellent - intensely flavoured and perfumed. Fine acidity and the fact that this wine spent almost 12 months in French oak has meant that our 2018 Pinot Gris is still drinking wonderfully - structure, length and intensity are the hallmarks of this wine.

2021

A pretty typical vintage - long growing season, slightly warmer, slightly drier but excellent quality. Most regions in Tas had lower than average crops - ours was low too but it always is.

From Day 1, the ‘21 Gris was always a concentrated, aromatic thing of beauty. This was reflected in the numerous excellent reviews it received. A few extra years in bottle has taken it to another level - super texture, luscious fruit and the beginnings of developed character without any oiliness. This generous, attractive wine defines for us the wonderful qualities of deftly treated Pinot Gris.

2023

Fragrant bouquet of yellow orchard fruit, pears and vanilla. Round, supple and textured. Very good intensity with a creamy round mouthfeel. Textured and bright with yellow pear notes to the close. Finishes long.
