“Pale salmon pink with aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, blood orange and ruby red grapefruit. There's some nice slinky texture along with hints of wildflowers, watermelon, pressed flowers and light wafts of berry cream and stone with something vaguely musky in the distance. Bright sapid acidity and a real stony, savoury exit. Very cool.”
